Responsible for the recording of all financial transactions undertaken by MSI, including purchases, sales invoices, receipts and payments. She ensures that transactions are properly recorded and that supporting documents are present and correct. Robert has acquired 24 years experience within the Information Services industry; 7 years with a major photographic manufacturer, 17 years with a major telecommunications manufacturer. He has been recognized with several Awards of Merit in the field of customer support and won the 1997 President’s Award for Staff Support for deploying the I.S. Call Management process into a telecommunications manufacturer. Academic achievements for Robert include a Bachelors of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, Digital Electronics Certification from Humber College and a Tier 1 Project Management Certification from Nortel Networks.
Process Modeling and Project Management are his main areas of expertise and is currently involved in assignments for delivering exemplary customer service within the Telecommunications industry. Phillip is a systems consultant with a broad background acquired through more than 20 years of experience in the industry. He is extremely well qualified, having earned a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Science and a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto. He is fluently bilingual in English and French. His main area of expertise is in project management, business systems analysis, design and integration. He has an in-depth understanding of the complete software development life cycle. He is particularly interested in helping people and organizations achieve their objectives through the effective use of technology. His diversified experience has covered a wide range of industries. Bill is a skilled communicator with over twenty-eight years experience helping business people work with and understand technology. He has successfully developed and / or delivered numerous technical, professional and managerial courses and facilitated detailed requirements analysis and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions. He has managed people and projects in both training and systems environments at the Bank of Montreal, Royal Trust and Sun Life. Bill has been certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is a member of PMI and also certified member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). Peter Paul has over 15 years experience in the Financial, IS / IT, Private Sector, Government, and Telecommunications industries. His professional background includes retail banking, IT / technical systems support, systems training, adult learning, product management, professional services, and a successful transition into project management. Peter holds a B.A. in English, along with a Master's Certificate in Project Management and his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. Said holds a PhD in Management Science from The University of Grenoble, France. He is currently a Professor at The Université du Québec in Outaouais, Hull (Québec) where he teaches Operational Planning and Control of Projects and Quality Management in The Project Management Masters program.
From 1997-2002, Said was an Associate Professor at University Joseph Fourier in Grenoble where he taught Project Management, Management and Economics for Engineers in Mechanical Engineering, Software and Electrical Engineering and Industrial Engineering.
From 1986-1997, he was a Consultant and Trainer at Center d'Études Supérieures Industrielles (the most important continuing education organisation in France in Engineering and Management). Said published several articles in The Quality Management Journal (ASQ), Construction Management and Economics, Revue Française de Gestion Industrielle, Direction et Gestion and La Cible (AFITEP). A customer facing Information Systems Project Manager with extensive business process improvement experience, technical management skills and a proven record in achieving client’s (financial, utilities, manufacturing, networking and communications industry) strategic and regulatory results.
