Identify Your Learning Goals or
Objectives
DEFINITION: A goal or objective consists of a projected state
of affairs which you plans or intends to achieve or bring about
— a personal or organizational desired end-point in your
development.
Step 1:
Identify
each competency (see below) to be achieved at the end of the training.
Step 2:
For each
competency that you identify, document what you hope to achieve
at the end of the training by using the objective Cues (see
below) to
complete the following sentence.
