Like the exam itself, these courses are organized in terms of process groups and the natural sequence of events a project goes through in its life cycle. By contrast, other courses organize their materials by knowledge areas – human resource management, communication management and so on – and it can be confusing when studying for the exam to map the processes in each knowledge area to process groups.
