Workflow Modeling: Tools
for Process Improvement
Learn the techniques you can use to improve work
flow, promote continuous improvement. This course focuses on
understanding the tools and developing strategies
for immediate and continuous process improvement.
This course offers a “hands on” approach to
learning through individual and team assignments. Each attendee
will create a unique “AS-IS” business work flow model that will
be transformed to a more efficient and effective “TO BE” work
flow model. It is not unusual for the “TO BE” process
model constructed during this course to be considered as a
potential Process Improvement project for the “real world”
environment.
