Cancellation Policy
At the request of our
customer base, Moore Seminars Inc, (MSI) has
established a formal but still quite liberal cancellation
policy.
If you notify
eramond@mooreseminars.com
prior to 7 days from the date of the seminar that you will not be
attending, MSI will refund your
registration fee in full.
Notice thereafter and up to the
day of the seminar, MSI will credit your registration fee towards
another future seminar.
Seminars are subject to
cancellation by MSI due
to circumstances beyond its control.
In these cases of cancellation,
registration fees will be refunded but MSI will not be responsible for other costs incurred by
registrants resulting from such cancellations.
MSI will not be liable for airfare and/or hotel
cancellation fees. These costs remain the responsibility of the
registrant.
